1 Shipping Fees

Free Shipping: On all orders above 500 EGP.
Standard Shipping: A flat rate of 80 EGP applies to all orders under 500 EGP across all governorates in Egypt.

2 Estimated Delivery Time

Cairo & Giza: Within 24 - 48 business hours.
Alexandria, Delta, & Canal Cities: Within 2 - 4 business days.
Upper Egypt & Remote Areas: Within 5 - 7 business days.

(Delivery times start from the date of phone or WhatsApp order confirmation).

3 Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an SMS containing a direct tracking link from Bosta to monitor your shipment in real-time.

4 Inspection Upon Delivery

To ensure the integrity of our beauty and wellness products, customers are encouraged to inspect the external packaging (Bosta flyer) and the product condition upon arrival.

In the unlikely event of transit damage, please notify the courier immediately or contact our customer support.

5 Delivery Attempts

Our shipping partner will make two delivery attempts. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the order to avoid automatic cancellation.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Medicamo, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our health and beauty products, our return policy is as follows:

1 Return Period

Exchanges or returns can be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

2 Eligible Returns

Incorrect Orders: If you received a product different from what you ordered.
Damaged or Defective Items: If the product arrived damaged or has a visible manufacturing defect.

3 Essential Conditions (Hygiene & Safety)

4 Return Shipping Fees

Company Error: If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, Medicamo will cover all shipping costs.
Customer Change of Mind: If the return is requested by the customer for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees (both ways).
