At Medicamo, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our health and beauty products, our return policy is as follows:

1. Return Period:

  • Exchanges or returns can be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. Eligible Returns:

  • Incorrect Orders: If you received a product different from what you ordered.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If the product arrived damaged or has a visible manufacturing defect.

3. Essential Conditions (Hygiene & Safety):

  • For health and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or had their safety seal removed are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Products must be in their original packaging and in "sellable" condition.

4. Return Shipping Fees:

  • Company Error: If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, Medicamo will cover all shipping costs.

  • Customer Change of Mind: If the return is requested by the customer for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees (both ways).
