Shipping & Delivery Policy — Medicamo 📦

At Medicamo, we strive to provide a seamless and professional shopping experience. We partner with Bosta to ensure your orders reach your doorstep safely and efficiently.

1. Shipping Fees:

• Free Shipping: On all orders above 500 EGP.

• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of 80 EGP applies to all orders under 500 EGP across all governorates in Egypt.

2. Estimated Delivery Time:

• Cairo & Giza: Within 24 - 48 business hours.

• Alexandria, Delta, & Canal Cities: Within 2 - 4 business days.

• Upper Egypt & Remote Areas: Within 5 - 7 business days. (Delivery times start from the date of phone or WhatsApp order confirmation).

3. Order Tracking:

• Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an SMS containing a direct tracking link from Bosta to monitor your shipment in real-time.

4. Inspection Upon Delivery:

• To ensure the integrity of our beauty and wellness products, customers are encouraged to inspect the external packaging (Bosta flyer) and the product condition upon arrival.

• In the unlikely event of transit damage, please notify the courier immediately or contact our customer support.

5. Delivery Attempts:

• Our shipping partner will make two delivery attempts. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the order to avoid automatic cancellation.
